At AESTHETIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

2. Return Shipping

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@myaesthetic.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item. Once approved, ship the item back to us using the provided label (USA & Canada) or your own shipping method (International).
  4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Important: Please do not send returns without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Rejected refunds will be communicated with a clear explanation. The item will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds do not include original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item following the process above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myaesthetic.co. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging.

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myaesthetic.co with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@myaesthetic.co.
