1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to all destinations.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@myaesthetic.co.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AESTHETIC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myaesthetic.co with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a resolution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. AESTHETIC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@myaesthetic.co and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
